These machines are made for North American homes and fit 110-volt outlets.
We only sell corded units at this time.
All of our units should be used with a minium 16AWG extension cord or better.
Absolutely not! It is dangerous, and you will risk electrocution. It will also damage the machine.
No, they are for dry material only. Wet material will damage the unit and void the warranty.
Yes, it sure will. For best results, remember to unplug the machine from the power source, and clean the pet hair out of the brushes on a regular basis.
Yes, it will, but unlike the 302E or 502E, it will not pick up the debris.
No, the sweeper brush sits back 4-6" from the wheels.
You push forward to pick up the debris, and then back in the opposite direction to stand the turf back up and make it look like new.
There is a one (1) year warranty on parts and labour. If the problem is something simple (for example a handle replacement), a new part will be shipped to the customer at no charge. If the machine fails to operate, we will pay to have the unit shipped back to us, and we will either repair or replace it at no charge to the customer.
These machines are made specifically for artificial turf and will not damage your turf. The machine has no suction, so technically it should not take out any infill. If the installation was done correctly with the correct amount of infill, you will not have any problems. If the turf is over-filled, then yes, some of the infill may get picked up.
All sales are final. No returns unless unit is deemed to be defective.
Yes, there are replacement roller brushes. Roller brushes can be replaced during the warranty period free of charge or can be purchased after the warranty period by calling our toll-free number at 1-877-730-5755.
As often as you like, depending on the amount of traffic and/or debris on the turf.
We do not ship internationally. We only ship to the USA in bulk to a dealer network (minimum order of 20 units). Please call our toll-free number at 1-877-730-5755 to inquire.
